Product arrived damaged but after some back and forth with Simba Customer Support they resolved the issue. It arrived only 1 day late which was great. The tub itself is amazing, spacious, powerful jets, etc. FM radio is loud, but BT volume is just ok. Color led lights give it that wow factor.

Awesome Product. I thought it was going to be a pain to install and cheaper quality… turns out I am very satisfied with everything. The instructions were not clear to me, but it is easy for you to figure out by yourself
